The GE P4INAASSTSS is a discontinued / legacy GE Profile Opal 1.0 countertop nugget ice maker — no longer in production, but we still service it. As the earliest Opal generation, this model is now widely serviced with aftermarket parts — the T3/TH3 sensor and pump obstruction are the most common Opal-family problems reported in the field.
Built-in GE icemakers are diagnosed by symptom and indicator light — no or slow ice, a water-fill or drain problem, a dirty condenser, or thin, cloudy ice (the refrigerator may flash CI, check icemaker). GE Profile Opal nugget makers (OPAL/XPIO) are model-specific and may report trade-reported E1/E2/E3 conditions — always verify against your unit's manual.
