The GE GTW720BSNWS is a current GE ENERGY STAR top-load washer with Sanitize w/Oxi and FlexDispense. FlexDispense adds its own dispenser cartridge and pump — a detergent-related complaint starts there, while fill and drain problems still trace to the inlet valve and drain pump (E22/E23/E30).
GE washers (GTW top-load family) with electronic controls read E codes: E22 (slow fill), E23 (slow drain), E30 (no signal from the drain pump), E42 (motor or inverter, often from overloading), E45 (door thinks it is locked), and E58 (main control).
